Shipping Policy

WUBRG.net offers different shipping options to provide convenience and choice for our customers. During checkout, a list of all available shipping services will be listed including detailed information about the service and shipping lead time.

WUBRG does not accept self addressed stamped envelopes (SASE). Although it is very rare, some orders do get lost or damaged during transit. If you have chosen shipping through LBC Express and your order is lost or damaged, WUBRG will either send out a replacement order or give a refund. WUBRG cannot give a replacement or refund on lost or damaged shipments sent through Blitz Delivery. Orders shipped via LBC Express may require a signature when delivered. We reserve the right to require a secure shipping method with signature confirmation at any time.

Packages are generally dispatched within one day after receipt of payment and are shipped via chosen carrier with tracking. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to location, the contents of your cart, and total billable weight of the shipment. Extra charge maybe needed for Extended Area or oversized package. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Return Policy

Please email us within five (5) days of delivery, with your order number and a description of the damaged item. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused. WUBRG will accept returns for damaged Singles, Sealed Booster Box, Sealed Booster Packs, Deck Protectors(Sleeves), Deck Boxes, Playmats, Fat Packs, Theme Decks, and Miniature. We will NOT accept returns for Opened Booster Box, Opened Booster Packs and Opened Fat Packs.
